    Our curriculum is centered around four 90-minute Live Webinars and four 60-minute group breakout sessions, led by Venture Music’s founder, Chris Nardone, and supported by other members of the Venture team and special guest speakers from other parts of the industry.

  • Real World Application

    To wrap up the workshop, you will get a chance to discuss your project and strategies with the entire Venture team. We will offer feedback, suggestions, and encouragement before sending you out into the world to make your plan a reality. Walk away with the tools you need to build an engaged and supportive audience online.

Venture Academy is an online education platform created specifically for artists and music industry professionals. 

Music marketing is constantly evolving in the digital age. Our goal is to provide you with road-tested ideas and strategies that are relevant right now. 

Our Level 1 Workshop is designed to guide you through the process of creating an authentic and effective digital marketing strategy for your own project. You'll learn from a team of music and advertising professionals with over a decade of experience in artist development.

Venture Music President

Chris Nardone

Chris is the founder and president of Nashville-based marketing collective, Venture Music. After spending more than a decade managing the careers of various independent artists (Adam Hood, American Aquarium, Delta Saints, Leagues, Lera Lynn), he created a plan to help Venture fill a growing need within the music industry. Venture's mission is to help independent artists create effective marketing strategies. Chris was born & raised on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and has a degree in finance from the University of Georgia. He prefers to spend most of his free time doing something outside and with his family, wife Emily and 1 year-old son August.

Venture Music Media Director

Dustin Boyer

Dustin is a music industry marketing specialist with 10+ years developing independent artists from the onset of their career; building their brand, team, and revenue. Dustin pursues working with artists directly, utilizing his knowledge in digital marketing to increase the brand awareness of acts with small budgets. He takes pride in the deep knowledge of the music industry and the many connections he's made through his successes. Dustin likes to spend his spare time playing video games with his two-year-old daughter.

Venture Music Operations Director

Stephanie Edwards

Stephanie is a marketing & operations specialist, with 14+ years experience in the music industry. She has worked at the helm of a handful of boutique labels & management companies, including her own, to closely to develop the careers and releases of many artists including The Avett Brothers, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Natalie Prass, Fruit Bats, Jill Andrews and Rogue Wave, to name a few. In her spare time, she volunteers for a local animal rescue, but mostly hangs out with her husband and cats and remains submerged in an inflatable pool on her back deck or under a heated blanket on her couch, depending on the season.
